Soluble substances
- Substances which easily mix in water and therefore disappear when added to water are known as Soluble substances
- Example :- Salt, Sugar.
Insoluble substances
- Substances which do not easily mix with water even when we stir them are known as Insoluble substances.
- These substances do not disappear when added to water.
- Example :- Sand and Oil
