Difference between food habits of organisms belonging to first trophic level and second trophic  level: 

First trophic level

Second trophic level

Organisms in the first trophic level are primary producers. They produce organic compounds using inorganic inputs like light, water, carbon dioxide, etc.

Example: Plants

Organisms at the second trophic level are primary consumers. They are herbivores who eat plants for nutrition.

Example: Cow, deer, etc.
