Large Line denotes Positive end and Small line denotes Negative end as shown below



Battery

Group of cells is called Battery

It is denoted by Large Line - Small Line and then Large Line - Small Line Again

Current Flows only in Good Conductor of Electricity

It does not flow in Bad Conductor of Electricity
