Given: A parallelogram ABCD where P & Q are any points on DC and AD resp. To prove: ar (APB) = ar (BQC) Proof: ABCD is a parallelogram So, AB CD & AD BC From (1) & (2) Area ( APB) = Area (BQC) Hence proved
