- Reply to notice is to be Given in Form CST CMP -06 within 15 days

Proper Officer shall issue an order within 30 days of receipt of reply in Form GST CMP-07.
Within 30 days of such option, Intimation in Form GST ITC -01 containing details of stock of inputs is to be filed
