Withdrawal of Composition Scheme in GST

  1. If a Composition Dealer wants to withdraw from Composition Scheme, he can give Intimation in Form GST CMP-04
  2. Within 30 days of such option, Intimation in Form GST ITC -01 containing details of stock of inputs is to be filed
