      (c) PAN No.        ( d) ST No.  (Service Tax Code)

      (e) Service provided + Cess + Their Accounting Codes

PAN No. It is of 10 Digits

  BBUPS 5192K

         P  −   Personal / proprietorship

        F  −  Firm

        C  −  Company 

ST No.

IT is also called Service Tax Code

It is of 15 Digits (Pan No. + 5 Digits Extra)
