Let’s try reflecting ∆ ADM across x-axis Yes, the observations would be the same Because If we reflected the triangle across the horizontal 𝑥-axis (down into Quadrant IV), the 𝒙-coordinates would stay the same, but the 𝒚-coordinates would flip from positive to negative. However, because the distance formula squares the differences, the side lengths (and therefore the size and shape of the triangle) would still be perfectly preserved.
