Statement 7 If a number is divisible by both 6 and 4, it must be divisible by 24.Now, 6 & 4 have common factor 2 So, we must look at LCM of 6 & 4 LCM of 6 & 4 = 12 Thus, if a number is divisible by both 6 and 4 It will be divisible by 12 Let’s do an example Let Number = 36 Now, 36 is divisible by 6 36 is divisible by 4 36 is divisible by 12 36 is not divisible by 24 Another example could be Let Number = 48 Now, 48 is divisible by 6 48 is divisible by 4 48 is divisible by 12 48 is divisible by 24 Thus, this Statement is Sometimes True
