Statement 4 If a number is divisible by 12, then the number is also divisible by all the factors of 12.Since the number is divisible by 12, it must be a Multiple of 12 So, the number is Number = 12m where m is an integer Now, factors of 12 are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12 And, we can write the number as Number = 2 × 2 × 3 × m We can see that the Number is divisible by 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12 So, the Number is divisible by all Factors of 12 also Hence, this Statement is Always True Let’s visualize it with examples Q4.
