Question 8 In the diagram below, Guna has erased all the numbers except the common multiples. Find out what those numbers could be and fill in the missing numbers in the empty regions.The common multiples given are 24, 48, and 72. We need to find two numbers whose common multiples are these. These numbers are all multiples of 24, thus we need to find two numbers whose smallest common multiple is 24 We could take 6 and 8. The first circle would be "Multiples of 6" and the second circle "Multiples of 8". Multiples of 6 (that are not multiples of 8): 6, 12, 18, 30, 36, 42, 54, 60, 66... Multiples of 8 (that are not multiples of 6): 8, 16, 32, 40, 56, 64...
