Is the relation R transitive? Give a valid reasonGiven Writes that R is not transitive. Gives a reason. For example, (C, PB) ∈ R as there is a direct ship from Chennai to Port Blair. (PB, SwD) ∈ R as there is a direct ferry from Port Blair to Swaraj Dweep. But (C, SwD) ∉ R as there is no direct ship/ferry from Chennai to Swaraj Dweep.
