Subject: The future of the country is safe in the hands of our youth

Dear Madam

This is with reference to a documentary I saw on how the youth of our country are truly its torch-bearers.

It is heartening to see youngsters participate in different activities to improve society, such as helping to keep the neighbourhood clean by organising cleanliness drives, assisting the elderly with their chores, feeding stray animals and so on.

Their feelings of belongingness and patriotism are at the core of all their actions and decisions. They are living up to the values instilled in them by the great leaders of the past. They work hard till their goals are achieved.

We can encourage the youth to do more for society by having them volunteer for causes they are interested in, and spreading awareness on issues that plague society.

Through this letter, I wish to appreciate these youngsters and highlight their many positive contributions to society.

Yours truly

Polly Chawla

Resident
