Which division among plants has the simplest organisms?

 

Answer:

Thallophytes are the most primitive and simple plants . It is in the form of plant body that is not further differentiated into stem and leaves.

 

For Example :

  • Green algae - Ulothrix, Cladophora, Spirogyra, Ulva and Chara.
  • Red algae - Batra,polysiphonia.
  • Brown algae - Laminaria, Fucus, Sargassum.
