How are the wavelength and frequency of a sound wave related to its speed?

Answer.

Speed=  Distance/ Time

Therefore,

Speed = Distance × (1/Time)

In case of Sound Wave,

Distance is denoted by Wavelength,

Also,

Frequency=1/Time

So we can write

Speed of sound = Wavelength × Frequency
