LTU : Assessee paying excise duty or service tax of 5 crore or more during previous year can register themselves as large tax payer unit (LTU)

for every factory separate registration required
if goods are transferred from one factory to another factory then sale bill to be issued its output ED will be input cenvat for another factory
For all factories single registration
No sale bill to be issued . goods can be transferred by transport challan
