Sir it must be transitive(concerning the second part of first ques.) since there does not ecist any element in the relation whose first element of the ordered pair, for instance, begins with 6 and similarly 7 and 8; and in absence of bRc we call the relation to be transitive nonetheless. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
