Dear Team,
I am unregistered person under GST and want to sell tobacco to other URP within state. Please let me know,
1. what GST rules say for sales from URP to URP.
2. Which document (tax invoice, bill of supply, debit note) do i have to issue to the recipient.

Also, would request you to mention the scenario when I sell to some registered person within state.
