I have a take policy of rs 500000 and premium rs 60000 so dedction 80c applicable?

Yes.... You can claim deduction upto Rs.1,50,000/- U/s 80C for premium paid on Life Insurance, subject that you have premium slips handy with you at the time of showing investment proofs....
