It helps in providing data for
Interest to be shown in Projected Profit and loss
Closing Amount of Loans Outstanding in Balance Sheet
Calculation of DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio)

In case a person has number of loans,Loan Chart is to be prepared differently for different types of loans

Types of Term Loan

  1. Loans having Annual Repayement
  2. Loans having Quarterly Repayement
  3. Loans having Monthly Repayment (EMI)
  4. Loans having No Repayment (like OD/CC)
