  • From Fig. 10.32 the wavelength (one full compression-to-compression) is λ=8 cm =0.08 m .
  • Frequency ν= v λ = 340 0.08 = 4250 Hz .
Wavelength and Frequency Wavelength = 8 cm = 0.08 m nu = v / lambda = 340 / 0.08 Frequency = 4250 Hz
