OutliersOutlier is a value in the data set that is extremely distinct from most of the other values – could be very high or very low For Example: For Weight of 4 Kids Adding a kid with weight 300kg makes the average 91 kg instead of 38.75 kg. In statistics, this kid with weight 300kg is called outlier Outlier and Averages When an outlier is present in the data set, it makes the Average either very high or very low. Thus, Average is not an accurate representative value of the data So, we need a different value then… and that is Median Let’s do an Example
