RhombusLet’s try to construct a quadrilateral with all sides equal, but angle between two sides is not 90° Steps of Construction Draw side AB Now make angle 50° from Point A Mark AD = AB in the ray formed by angle 50° 4. To mark point C, we know that all sides have same length 5. From point D, open compass to length AD and draw an arc. 6. From point B, open compass to length AD and draw and arc. 7. Where both arcs intersect is point C Conclusion Thus, we can form a quadrilateral with all sides equal, but angle between sides is not 90° This quadrilateral is called Rhombus. So, we can say A quadrilateral in which all the sides have the same length is a rhombus
