Question 4 (Page 57) Not all delicious foods are necessarily healthy, while not all nutritious foods are always enjoyable. Share your thoughts along with a few examples. All tasty foods are not always healthy. For example, pizza, chips, samosa, and sweets are delicious but they contain too much oil, sugar, or salt which can harm our body. In the same way, all healthy foods are not always tasty. For example, bitter gourd, spinach, and oats are full of vitamins and minerals but many children do not like their taste. So, we should try to eat food that is both tasty and healthy like fruits, dry fruits, and home - cooked dishes.
