Question 1 (d) - Figure it out (Page 128) Arrange… such that the sequence reads: (d) 0, 1, 0, 1, 0, 1, 0 There are total 7 children, and we start from right to left 0 - Since right most child has 0 children taller than him. It means it is the tallest child, so it should be F 1 – Only one child is taller than him. Since we used F, only D can be taller than him. So it should be B 0 – No child in front him is taller. So, it should be D 1 – Now, left with us are A, C, E, G. Since G is tallest of them, 2nd tallest is C. So, it should be C 0 – Now, left with us are A, E, G. Since G is tallest of them. So, it should be G 1 – Now, left with us are A, E. Since E is taller, So, it should be A 0 – This is E Thus our arrangement looks like
