Exponent 0Exponent is 0 Any Number0 = 1 If power is 0, answer is always 1 Example: 20 = 1 30 = 1 10000 = 1 How do we get it? We write 20 = 21 − 1 = 21 × 2−1 = 2 × 1/2 = 2/2 = 1 Similarly, we can prove this for any number
