Multiplying two numbers with Same PowerOur formula is am × bm = (a × b)m Suppose we have 22 × 32 = (2 × 2) × (3 × 3) = (2 × 3) × (2 × 3) = 6 × 6 = 62 Thus, 22 × 32 = (2 × 3)2 = 62 Similarly, 53 × 73 = (5 × 5 × 5) × (7 × 7 × 7) = (5 × 7) × (5 × 7) × (5 × 7) = 35 × 35 × 35 = 353 ∴ 53 × 73 = (5 × 7)3 = 353
