Question 1 Can you find a similar pictorial explanation for why adding counting numbers up and down, i.e., 1, 1 + 2 + 1, 1 + 2 + 3 + 2 + 1, …, gives square numbers?So, our sequence is like 1 = 1 1 + 2 + 1 = 4 1 + 2 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 9 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 16 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 16 We notice it is symmetric around middle number And, on visualing it, we notice it becomes a square
