Relationship amongst number sequenceSome number sequence are related to each other Like 1 = 1 1 + 3 = 4 1 + 3 + 5 = 9 1 + 3 + 5 + 7 = 16 1 + 3 + 5 + 7 + 9 = 25 1 + 3 + 5 + 7 + 9 + 11 = 36 So, if we add odd numbers, we get square numbers Similarly, counting numbers up and down Like 1 = 1 1 + 2 + 1 = 4 1 + 2 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 9 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 16 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 25 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 5 + 4 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 36 So, if we add numbers up and down, we again get square numbers We have more at TEACHOO!! How about triangular numbers? If we add consecutive numbers… 1 = 1 1 + 2 = 3 1 + 2 + 3 = 6 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = 10 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 = 15 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 = 21 So, if we add numbers, we get triangular numbers
