  • Option (c) - This is also correct and can be used in place of option (d)
  • Option (d) - This is correct

For part 2

  • Option (a) - will be eliminated as ‘who’ is used when the enquiry is about a person
  • Option (b) - This is correct
  • Option (c) - will be eliminated as ‘whom’ is used when the enquiry is about a person
  • Option (d) - will be eliminated as the answer is a statement and not a question.

For part 3

  • Option (a) - will be eliminated as ‘which’ is not used with numbers or measurements
  • Option (b) - This is correct
  • Option (c) - will be eliminated as ‘many’ is not used with monetary measurements
  • Option (d) - will be eliminated as it does not contain the verb ‘did’

For part 4

  • Option (a) - will be eliminated as ‘have’ is not the correct verb
  • Option (b) - This is correct
  • Option (c) - will be eliminated as ‘buy’ is present tense and the sentence is in past tense
