Ex 3.3, 2 Using divisibility tests, determine which of the following numbers are divisible by 4; by 8: (j) 2150 Divisibility by 4 Last 2 digits = 50 Since 50 is not divisible by 4 ∴ 2150 is not divisible by 4 Divisibility by 8 Last 3 digits = 150 Since 150 is not divisible by 8 ∴ 2150 is not divisible by 8 Therefore, Numbers divisible by 4 − (a), (b), (c), (d), (f), (g), (h), (i) Numbers divisible by 8 − (b), (d), (f), (h)
