Answer of this question

Goodwill is an Intangible Assets of a Company. It means if u want to sell your company and u r expecting of Rs.50 cr. and u will getting Rs.60 Cr then the diff of Rs.10 Cr is Goodwill.
On the other hand if u r getting 45 Cr then the diff of Rs.5 Cr is u r Capital Reserve.
