    What are the microorganism why they are called so ?

    Microorganisms are the organisms, which are too small that we can't see them with our naked eyes.
    They are made from two words :
    Micro + Organism = Microorganism
    Where micro means at microscopic level, and organism means living being. So, microorganisms means living organisms at microscopic level.
