In Q6,Because Rate does not have a formula,it is not possible
Remember there are 3 things in Goal Seek
Set Cell..... (This must have a formula)
To Value.....
by changing...(This must not have a formula)
In Q6,Set cell does not have a formula,hence it is not possible
in other words,there is no link between Quantity and rate,hence goal seek cant be applied
