Let the two consecutive odd numbers be x and x 2.

A.T.S.

     x (x 2)=514
=>   x x 2=514
=>.    2x 2=514
=>.        2x=514–2=512
=>.          x=512/2=256

Hence, the two numbers are 256 and 256 2=258.
