Hello Ramashray,

According to Area of Cube formula

Area of cube = 6a2

where a is the side

 

Putting values

Area of cube = 6a2

1176 = 6a2

6a2 = 1176

a2 = 1176/6

a2 = 196

a = 196

a = 14

 

Now,

Volume of cube = a3

Volume of cube = 143

Volume of cube = 2744 cm3
