I am whole seller i m supplying goods through flipkart so there will be end user to whom i supply my goods they all are unregistered .so i want to know weather such supply is required to show under form 3B in part 3.2 where mention that interstate supply made to unregistered person. point to be noted that flipkart issue bill on the name of my firm.
