In the Ex1.3 ques 9 part 2of 9th class the answer comes rational by 15/1 . But then in the 1st part it comes irrational because 23 is there. So my question is that how 23 is irrational, it can also be written in the form of 23/1 and can become rational.please EXPLAIN
