can I pay VAT Invoice in cash to Vendor..??
The Bill Amt id Rs,681/- (Incl 13.5% VAT)

Its better go with cash less payments through cheque, Online transfer or using Bhim app which was recently lunched by Indian govt. In case he refused means you can pay him by cash also because it's a small amount you can pay upto 10,000 per day for a person by cash.
