What is curved area , lateral area , surface area of cylinder?? And also thier formula? 😥😕🤔

We use Lateral Surface Area for Cube and Cuboid. And Curved surface area for cone, cylinder and hemisphere. 

Curved Surface Area of cylinder is the Area of the Curved Part of the cylinder.
Curved Surface Area of Cylinder = Lateral Surface Area of Cylinder = 2πrh

Total Surface Area of Cylinder is the area of the curved part + Area of top and bottom

Total Surface Area of Cylinder = Curved Surface Area + Area of top + Area of bottom

                                                = 2πrh + πr² +πr² 

                                                = 2πrh + 2πr² 

                                                = 2πr(r + h)
