Why or why not? Since Martin and Maria are born one year apart They will have Odd and Even ages Example: 51 & 52, 25 & 26 Now, Sum of Odd + Even = Odd + Even = Odd Since sum would be odd, 112 cannot be the sum ∴ Sum of ages 112 is not possible
