Discuss: Is garbage disposal only the duty of the government?

- We should not litter public places like parks, monuments etc.
- Citizens should help the government in maintaining proper sanitation by separating the wet and dry waste and ensuring its proper disposal.
Therefore, it is required that every individual must reduce the production of wastes and must help in the proper disposal of these wastes.
