Ex 12.3, 6 After rotating by 60° about a centre, a figure looks exactly the same as its original position. At what other angles will this happen for the figure?Figure looks exactly same after rotating 60° about its Centre Thus, it will look same after rotating 60° about his Centre every time ∴ It will happen at 0°, 60°, 120°, 180°, 240°, 300° Example: Regular hexagon Hexagon If rotated by 60° Again rotate it by 60° Here, Angle at center = (360°)/6 = 60°
