Interesting question.
Since sum of odd numbers is an odd number,
_ + _ + _ = 30
Sum of 3 odd numbers can never be even.
So, the answer is no solution.
We could also apply some tricks.
Solution 1
Using Factorial
11 + 3! + 13 = 30
11 + (3 * 2 * 1) + 13 = 30
11 + 6 + 13 = 30
30 = 30
Solution 2
We could also use decimals
11.3 + 15.7 + 3 = 30
