It is just a method to find rational numbers between two numbers
If we need to find 5 rational numbers, we multiply by 6/6
If we need to find 6 rational numbers, we multiply by 7/7
If we need to find 7 rational numbers, we multiply by 8/8
If we need to find 12 rational numbers, we multiply by 13/13
