Political Executive:
➤ Political Executive is elected by the people for a certain period.
➤ Also known as Elected Representatives
➤ They are responsible for making major policy decisions such as healthcare, finance, education, etc.
➤ They are directly accountable to the people.
➤ Ex.: PM, Governor, President.
Permanent Executive:
➤ Permanent Executive is appointed on a long-term basis.
➤ Permanent Executive is also known as Civil Service of country.
➤ They are responsible for assist the political executive and implement the policies the deside.
➤ They are not directly accountable to the people. as compare to political executive.
➤ Ex.: IAS, IPS, IFS.
