    Let ✓3 be rational 
     
          ✓3 = p/q
           ✓3q=p 
       Squaring on both sides 
         (✓3q)² = p² --- (1)
    p is the factor of 3 
          3 = p/r
          3r = p 
    Squaring on both sides 
          3r² = p²
          9r² = p² --- (2)
    p is the factor of 9 
      From Equation (1) and (2)
        3q² = 9r²
         q² = 3r²
    This is arrisen that ✓3 is rational according to our contradiction to our assumption that ✓3 is rational 

    ✓3 is irrational
