How to Download and Prepare TDS Certificates

TDS CERTIFICATE are now downloaded from TRACES Website

https://www.tdscpc.gov.in/app/login.xhtml

Note

For TDS Salary,there are 2 forms TDS Form 16 PART A(to be downloaded from TRACES) and TDS Form 16 Part B (to be manually prepared)

 

Penalty

In case downloaded late, there is penalty of 100 per day

 

Step - 1 Send Request For Tds Certificate

 

Go to  https://contents.tdscpc.gov.in/   then click Login button

1. Enter User ID and Password then login
   
   
   
2. Click Download Button
   
   
   
3. Form 16A
   
   
   
4. Fill all details and click go button
   
   
   
5. Click Submit Button
   
   
   
6. Fill Details and click submit button
   
7. Fill Details and click Proceed With Transaction
   

 

Step-2 After one or two days Download Tds Certificate

-

1. click download and click request download
   
   
   
2. Enter Request Number and click Go button
   
   
   
3. It shows and click HTTP Download Button
   
   
4. Go to download and open the link button
   
   
   
5. Click Save Button
   
   
   
6. Click Show in folder
   
   
   
7. Click open with and again click windows explorer
   
   
   
8. Open the file
   
   
   
9. Enter Password and click OK Button
   
   
   
10. Go to dashboard and click requested download
    
    
    
11. Enter Verification and click submit button
    
    
    
12. Click Traces-PDF-Converter
    
    
    
13. Save the file
    
    
    
14. Click show in folder
    
    
    
15. Click File and click open with window explorer
    
    
    
16. Open the file
    
    
    
17. Fill all the details and click proceed button
    
    
    
18. Click YES Button
    
    
    
19. Click OK Button
    
    
    
20. Again click OK Button
    
    
    
21. Go to the folder and it shows
    
    
    
22. It show pdf File
