We can take care of our eyes by 

  • Reading at Normal Distance, not too close or too far
  • Not rubbing your eyes
  • Not looking at bright light
  • Not reading in dull light
  • Washing our eyes with clean water, twice a day
  • Eating food Rich in Vitamin A like carrots,broccoli and green vegetables
