Paper Folding and CuttingThis is another way to make Symmetric Figures We follow these steps Fold: You take a sheet of paper and fold it in half (the image shows a vertical fold). Cut: You cut a design from the folded edge. Unfold: When you open the paper, the shape you cut out will be perfectly mirrored on the other side. The figure made after cutting would look like this Note: Line of Symmetry is where we folded it Similarly, there are more ways of folding and cutting pieces of paper to get symmetric shapes!
